Assessments

Initial Assessments  are conducted upon entrance to behavior therapy  to establish your child's unique set of strengths and needs.  Treatment Planning will be conducted periodically to account for therapist and parental feedback, growth, and new treatment goals.

Services & Treatment Delivery

Treatment delivery consists of a wide range of effective strategies that are scientifically proven.  Our clinic offers applied behavior therapy to children ages 18 months to 18 years.

  • Discreet Trial Teaching (Intensive, one-on-one)

HOW TO BEGIN SERVICES

If you would like to use your insurance plan...

We are in network with the following companies:


  • Tricare East/Humana Military
  • Georgia Medicaid
  • Peach State Health Plan



If we are not in network with your plan, you may wish to reach out to them and find out if they will allow a single case agreement or a coverage gap exception.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

The process for requesting Assessment & Treatment authorization...

We will assist you in requesting insurance authorization for the assessment and treatment.  

Each plan has their own processes for authorizing services.  

Typically, we need the following documentation:


  • A copy of your child's insurance card
  • An Autism Spectrum Disorder Diagnosis
  • A referral for ABA Therapy from your child's doctor or psychologist 
  • A copy of your child's most recent Psychological Evaluation -It should include the tests used to make an Autism Spectrum Diagnosis
